After this window, your order will likely have entered the processing stage, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you successfully cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take pride in carefully packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that cosmetic damage to packaging during shipping, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as product damage if the item itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at contact@aloveli.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or replace items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize that the address is incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, if we are not informed within this timeframe, we cannot offer a resend or a refund.
